Any order not picked up within 7 business days will be placed back on the shelf incurring a 10% restocking fee.
We are open 7 days a week from 12PM to 5PM.
If you need to pick up your part (s) before 12 pm please call us at 717-303-3686 to schedule a time to pick up.
We do our best to cater to our international customers.
We do desire to let you know that ship times can be greater than they appear.
If we do not have your item in stock, we must order it to our facility.
Bringing in a item for shipment can take 5-9 business days (or longer due to Covid). This will be added on to your already anticipated ship time.
We do our best to get your order out the door as soon as we can.
That time frame is roughly 24-36 hours from the time your order is placed.
No orders ship on weekends or holidays.
Please keep in mind that Weather and Holidays can greatly impact your order’s ship time.
Please don’t fall into this common mistake like thousands of other people who have ruined their treadmill, or at least bought themselves a new walking belt due to this error. Most of these products contain petroleum distillates that will absolutely ruin the belt. They break down rubber and plastic compounds. We recommend you only use a lubrication that is rated for treadmill/elliptical use.
Everything on your unit is based on you, the user! Most pieces of equipment can only be used in one way, or at the very least one way at a particular station. When trying to determine the left from the right side or front from back, we always do so from the user’s point of view. For example: the right side of a treadmill (also known as “user right”) is always the side which is on the right of the user as he/she is using the equipment.
If your unit has a walking belt that has been discontinued by the manufacturer you may still be able to get it!
You will need the exact measurement of your belt in both length and width.
The easiest way to obtain the needed measurements is to use string to get the whole dimension at once. You can even do this while the belt is still on the unit.
We are partnered with one of the best belt manufactures in the US and the average turn around time is 2-4 weeks. The cost will vary on size and durability.

You are able to cancel you order up to the time our warehouse has your item in “pick print” status. That means that your order has been grabbed and may be loaded for shipment.
We are unable to cancel a shipment at that point as it may be already loaded awaiting a scan. Up to that point you may cancel at any time with no penalty.
As we are a Pennsylvania based business, we currently only charge sales tax to PA customers.
Currently, Sole Fitness Parts is only shipping to the United States and Canada. We are looking into adding other international shipping to our list.
Your refund method will depend on your payment method. All refunds are returned via the type of payment you originally used.
PayPal refunds may take up to four business days for pay pal to credit your account. Credit card refunds may take up to seven business days depending on the card type/bank.
You may return all unused parts for a full refund minus shipping and restocking fees within 30 days of your order arriving at its destination. Damaged parts during installation cannot be returned. We will examine all returns before issuing a refund. Refunds are made within 72 hours from the time we receive your parts.
All Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please obtain authorization from a customer service representative before returning any products.  Any returns without authorization or without the original packaging may be subject to addition fees. Â

You are required to provide return tracking for your return. If an order is lost during transit we are unable to assist. For high dollar items we recommend taking out insurance for your return just in case.Â
