Local pickup available at 44 Hokes Mill Rd, York, PA 17404.

Open 7 days/week, 12PM–5PM. For pickup before 12PM call 717-303-3686.

Orders not picked up within 7 business days return to stock with a 10% restocking fee.

SHIP TIMES
International Shipping

Bringing an out-of-stock item to our facility typically takes 5–9 business days, in addition to shipping time.

Domestic Ship Times

Orders ship in about 24–36 hours. No weekend/holiday shipments. Weather/holidays may impact timing.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Can I use WD-40/household lube?

No. Use only lubrication rated for treadmills/ellipticals. Petroleum distillates damage belts and plastics.

Left vs. right side of the machine?

Always from the user’s point of view while using the equipment.

What if my walking belt is discontinued?

Custom belts may be available. Measure length & width (string method works). Typical turnaround 2–4 weeks. Email: Chris@fitnesspartswarehouse.com.

Elliptical Troubleshooting

Console shows zeros: Adjust reed switch ~1/8″ from magnet.

No incline movement: If motor runs but no movement—replace incline motor; otherwise check power/cables.

Magnetic resistance: Bracket moves closer/farther from flywheel; tension cable adjusts level.

Generator resistance: Console → relay board → generator windings increase resistance.

Treadmill Troubleshooting

Console zeros: Replace batteries; check reed switch/optic sensor.

Belt stops under load: Check 3–4″ lift; run unloaded; if speed ok, belt may be worn/unlubed. If not, call 717-303-3686.

Center belt: Small adjustments on rear roller(s) depending on one-bolt/two-bolt style.

Loosen/tighten belt: Adjust rear bolt(s) 1/4-turn; target 3–4″ lift.

Calibrate speed/incline: Follow hood/belly-pan instructions or call 717-303-3679.

Chest pulse no reading: Correct placement, wet electrodes, avoid interference, test on another person.

Handgrip pulse no reading: Clean contacts, hold both plates, stand still; power-cycle to reset if needed.

Console Demo Mode: Hold STOP while inserting key → Calories window shows “d”; SPEED DOWN toggles.

Maintenance: Many units require belt lube; maintenance-free belts: keep 3–4″ lift and check hardware.

White powder: Normal early belt lubricant; do not apply other substances.

Where is my serial number?
  • Spacesaver Treadmills: Upright; right side opposite power cord; inside right upright base.
  • Regular Treadmills: Below power cord; base corner; left side frame where upright meets base.
  • Ellipticals (≤2016): Rear main bracket; under left pedal arm; inside bottom main frame.
  • Weight Systems: Under seat/backrest or along the floor on main frame.
  • Exercise Bikes: Base frame rear; seat-post tube; main frame under seat.
  • Steppers: Sticker at bottom of monitor upright; or main frame parallel to floor.
ABOUT ORDERING
Can I cancel my order?

Yes—until the order reaches “pick print” status. After that, cancellation isn’t possible.

Do we charge sales tax?

We currently charge sales tax to Pennsylvania customers only.

Do we ship internationally?

We ship to the United States and Canada. Other destinations under review.

RETURNING
How will my refund be given?

Refunds go to your original payment method. PayPal: up to ~4 business days; Credit cards: up to ~7 business days (varies by bank).

What is our return policy?

Return unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Installation-damaged parts can’t be returned. Authorization required: support@solefitnessparts.com or (833) 213-0334 Toll Free or 717-303-3686. Provide return tracking; consider insurance for high-value items.

Returns without authorization /original packaging may incur additional fees.

Please note that Drive Motors and Walking Platforms/Decks are Non Returnable items.
